Case Study number 2 Marsha Heizer Director of Business Processes at Columbia College College Admissions Application Review at Columbia College Chicago Reviewing 8,500 application packets, consisting of a set of 6-12 documents each, is challenging on paper, especially when the reviewers are also regular travelers who are out of the office doing recruiting. Our challenge was to turn these reviews into a paperless process and to allow the recruiters to perform their reviewing duties while they are on the road. The challenge consisted of both document imaging and workflow elements.
